Schools to participate in project

In between festive celebrations, the TFIG has been hard at work: recruiting volunteers; finding out about what we can do to make the project as accessible as possible and arranging school visits.

We now have eight local primary schools coming to the excavations in June and July 2016, filling up all our available spaces for primary school visits. The schools are: Elton, Monyash, Fitzherbert (Fenny Bentley), Biggin, Hartington, Hollinsclough, Earl Sterndale and St Bartholomew’s (Longnor). We can’t wait to welcome you all!
